Despite the growing ache in your elbows and lower back, you continued to read the book that had you so engrossed regardless. As the emotions in the story started to escalate, you kicked your feet in response, not paying attention to the faint squeak of your bedroom door.

You stopped kicking a few moments later when tragedy struck the plot, and unbidden tears prickled at the back of your eyes, gathering at the corners. You let the literature go with one hand to press a hand to your mouth, taking a small pause to calm yourself of the emotions ignited by the captivating words.

You closed your eyes and let out a shaky sigh.

The hastily scritch-scratch of a pencil broke you out of your revere, and you turned to look over at the person that dared to interrupt your alone time.

You blinked when you noticed a young girl energetically working away in a sketchpad. The most prominent features that you could tell about her was the ahoge springing up from under a red beret that was peacefully resting on a head of white hair that was kept in two long braids. For what you could see of their outfit consisted of a white long-sleeved shirt with blue pinstripes, what looked to be a white vest over it, baggy purple shorts, tan leggings with ankle boots.

Your indecisiveness rose to the surface on to whether or not to speak anything to her. However...

She invaded your room when you didn't want to interact with people, so.. you interrupted her.

"Excuse me.. How did you get in my house, girl?"

The girl's white head of hair snapped up, and stared at your for a moment, before their eyebrows furrowed together, "I'm not a girl!"

You blinked in shock, the small stature and long white hair kept back in two long braids surely looked feminine.. Placing your hand over your mouth again, you observed the now boy as he then started to rant about the artistic-ness having been ruined, but they paused when their violet eyes spotted your pose.

The long white-haired boy pointed his pencil at you, "Stay like that! That's definitely more artistic!"

'Okay?'

Not daring to move your hand, you spoke from behind it, "So.. where are you from?"

The boy didn't look up as he answered you, "Kugelmugel."

"..I have no clue where that is.."

'You never told me how you got in here either...'
